Before activation, we’ll contact you to confirm your expected usage, the tariff/price selected and your preferred start date. Once agreed, we’ll activate and dispatch your SIM(s), and monthly billing will only begin from the agreed start date. Depending on your requirements, SIMs may be provisioned directly with the network or via a trusted wholesale partner.
For new customers, we may request a quick ID/anti-fraud check to protect against fraudulent orders. This is automated and will be sent after purchase via a secure link.
Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours (unless stated otherwise) and sent via tracked, signed-for delivery.
