Usage & policy notes
“Unlimited” plans and roaming are subject to network fair-usage and policy rules. We’ll confirm what’s included for your chosen plan before activation so there are no surprises.

Provisioning & dispatch (important)
Depending on your devices and how you’ll be using them, we’ll either provision your SIMs directly with EE or via a trusted wholesale partner. After you place your order, we’ll contact you to confirm requirements and run through a few final checks before dispatch. Your SIMs are then shipped ready to go with your devices – and where supported, we can also supply eSIMs to get you connected even faster.

New customer orders

Your SIMs will appear as £0 in the basket/checkout while onboarding checks are completed. Please place your order as normal — once approved, we’ll activate your SIM(s) and bill the tariff you selected.

Delivery

Delivery is free for up to 10 SIMs. For 10+ SIMs, a small delivery charge may apply and will be confirmed prior to activation. eSIM delivery can be sent by email where available.

Shipping calculated at checkout. Typically ships within 48 hours, tracked and signed for delivery. Other product accessories available, please add requirements to notes and we will send you options and pricing.
