This product is a UK-only, single network, unmanaged IoT data SIM on a 30-day term. It’s ideal when you know the coverage you want for a specific location or deployment and you need dependable connectivity for devices like scanners and field hardware.

How it works

1. Select the single-network option for your deployment.

2. Fit the SIM into your unlocked device (scanner/router/gateway/IoT unit).

3. Configure APN settings if required (we’ll provide the details).

Contract & service notes

• 30-day plans are taken on an initial minimum 30-day term.

• After the initial term, you can disconnect with 30 days’ notice.

• A connection fee may apply on 30-day contracts.

• Service may be subject to a fair usage policy where applicable.

• SIM replacement fees may apply — contact us if you need a replacement.

New customer orders

Your SIMs will appear as £0 in the basket/checkout while onboarding checks are completed. Please place your order as normal — once approved, we’ll activate your SIM(s) and bill the tariff you selected.

Order review & activation process

After purchase (and prior to activation), we’ll call you to confirm your requirements and make sure the tariff, coverage, usage profile and any security settings are suitable for your devices and deployment. We’ll also explain your management options, including portal access for monitoring, requesting changes, adding SIMs, and managing users/permissions.

Once you’re happy with everything, we’ll activate and dispatch your SIMs.

Delivery is usually free of charge. For higher-volume IoT SIM orders, a small delivery or handling charge may apply — we’ll confirm this during our review process.

Shipping calculated at checkout. Typically ships within 48 hours, tracked and signed for delivery. Other product accessories available, please add requirements to notes and we will send you options and pricing.
